Callum Smith Set for World Title Showdow
4 Corners Gym boxer Callum Smith is set for a huge night on the world stage as he takes on unified light-heavyweight world champion Dmitry Bivol in Russia on Saturday 12 December 2026.
Liverpool-born Smith will travel to Yekaterinburg to challenge Bivol for his WBA, IBF and WBO light-heavyweight titles, with the fight presenting an opportunity to become a two-weight world champion.
Smith earned his mandatory shot at Bivol after defeating Joshua Buatsi in February 2025 to claim the WBO interim light-heavyweight title. With a professional record of 31 wins from 33 fights, including 22 knockouts, he now faces one of the division’s leading fighters in a major championship clash.
The bout will take place at the UMMC Arena, with Smith aiming to bring the world titles back to Liverpool.
